You can pull your legs using your hands, and let your heels touch each other and make them as close as possible with your pelvis. Keep your hand holding your ankles, and start to move your thighs up and down, make the movement like the wings of a butterfly. Keep doing this as many as you can. The closer your legs with your pelvis, it can show the greater benefit from this pose. However, you must not push yourself too hard at the first time.
